It’s mid afternoon and you’re feeling hungry? Or are you feeling like ending your meal on something sweet but healthy? Here is my favorite snack right now: Banana & Granola Bowl. It’s filling, tasty and healthy – What else?? 😉

What you need:

  • A bowl

Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons granola (I used some with chia seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon almonds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut chips

Ready to go?

  • Slice finely the banana in the bowl
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
  • BON APPÉTIT !
