It’s mid afternoon and you’re feeling hungry? Or are you feeling like ending your meal on something sweet but healthy? Here is my favorite snack right now: Banana & Granola Bowl. It’s filling, tasty and healthy – What else?? 😉
What you need:
- A bowl
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 1 banana
- 1 to 2 tablespoons granola (I used some with chia seeds)
- 1 tablespoon almonds
- 1 tablespoon coconut chips
Ready to go?
- Slice finely the banana in the bowl
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
